2-HOUR Fastest No Knead Bread - Jenny Can Cook


This recipe uses MORE YEAST than my Faster No Knead Bread. The rest of the ingredients are the same. Be sure to aerate (not sift) your flour before measuring. - Jenny Jones

    I made one for French toast what a beautiful loaf! Can't wait to taste the French Toast. My wife said I can't believe you only made one load. So I made another for dipping. I added Garlic Powder and Rosemary. I will post results!

    I’ve made a few of these loaves already. I noticed today that it calls for 3 cups of flour or 360 grams. Usually my dough is really wet. I noticed today that 3 cups of flour is 419grams according to Alexa not 360. Butttt.....I just asked Siri and she said 360grams 🤷‍♀️ I will let y’all know how it turns out!

    Just came out of the oven and it is beautiful! Smells wonderful can't wait to try it. Update: just tried it and it's amazing! The crust was crunchy and the inside soft and moist. Used a roasting pan (that's all I had available). Will be making this again soon trying with herbs, raisins and cinnamon, etc. Sky is the limit with this recipe.

    This was quick and easy. I added a hard Parmesan to it too when I put it in to bake. Absolutely delicious!

    I live at sea level in Florida and only used 11/4 cups of water. I wish I could post a picture of it!

    How much extra time do I need to let it rise if using regular active yeast?
